Facebook Login – Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Facebook to sign in to our shop and want us to delete your personal data associated with that sign-in, you can request deletion in either of the following ways:

  1. Request via Facebook settings (recommended):

    • Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.

    • Find our app/store and select Remove to request data deletion. HulkApps

  2. Request directly from us:
    Email redravenpottery@gmail.com from the address linked to your Facebook account with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request.” We will delete your Facebook-linked customer profile and associated data (name, email, and any identifiers we store for login) and confirm by email.

What we delete:
Customer profile tied to Facebook sign-in (and any tokens/identifiers used for authentication). Order records that we are legally required to retain for tax/consumer law will be kept only as required.

Timeline:
We aim to process requests within 30 days. If you reactivate Facebook sign-in later, a new profile may be created.
