Returns & Restocking Policy

At World of Red Raven, we lovingly create and curate every item we offer. If something isn’t quite right, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us within this window at redravenpottery@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You must include proof of purchase

  • Return requests must be approved before shipping anything back
    Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

  • We will provide a return shipping label once your return is authorized

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns that are not due to seller error or product fault. This helps cover the time and cost of inspection, repackaging, and relisting.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Print-to-order t-shirts (unless defective or misprinted)

  • Live plants (due to perishability and third-party shipment)

  • Digital gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • For live plants, notify us within 24 hours

  • Include clear photos of the issue
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund with no cost to you if your claim is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at redravenpottery@gmail.com.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
Parcels that are refused or not collected are not eligible for refund unless returned to us in resellable condition. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
